Which machines are Brimful Coffee Pods compatible with?
Our pods work with any machine that is compatible with Nespresso Original pods. 

How should I brew my Brimful coffee pods?
We recommend always using the short shot option on your Nespresso machine as we find this gives the best and most consistent extraction. Shake the pod gently before carefully inserting it into your machine and then selecting the short shot option. You can then add additional hot water, sweeteners and milk of your choice to create a delicious drink with added goodness.

Do your pods contain allergens?
Our pods are completely allergen free and made in an allergen free environment.

Are your pods vegan?
Our Focus and Immunity pods contain no animal based ingredients. Our Beauty pods do contain collagen which is an animal based ingredient.

How do I dispose of the pods?
Our pods are made from aluminium and a compostable compound. The foil lid should be removed and recycled and then place the rest of the pod and coffee grounds can be placed in your food waste compost bin.

Are your pods safe?
All our pods are fully compliant with Australian Food Standards and are also tested to be safely used in your coffee machine. 

As our pods contain caffeine it is important to drink them in sensible quantities and speak to medical professionals if you have any health conditions or are taking any medications to check that caffeine and our additives are safe for you to consume. 

Do I need to add sugar?

Adding any sweetener is entirely up to you, if you normally drink coffee with sugar or sweetener you will probably prefer the taste of Brimful made in the same way.

• We currently ship from Australia and are happy to ship internationally.

Shipping times:

• We ship orders within 2 business days and then domestic orders should take take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you.
• Express delivery should be delivered within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $50 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. We have Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay enabled to make checkout as quick and easy as possible.
• We also offer Afterpay if you want to spread your payment out.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 2 business days.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email hello@livebrimful.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
